Most Likely Spain, but consider also Brazil and Argentina

Brazil has played well as of late, but they're not what they were 4 years ago. They have no forwards. If you have to depend on Robinho, you're in trouble.

Argentina has the best set of strikers period. They actually have a pretty complete team, but as long as Maradona is their coach they're doomed. He either doesn't know how to use Messi or he just doesn't like him. He also seems to not like Higuain. Aguero is the least talented of the obvious front 3, but Maradona's favorite (and son-in-law).

France & England: Too dependent on old players.

So, I say Spain. They're plagued by a history of underachieving, but this is the most talented and complete they've ever been: The only position in which they don't have deep coverage is at the forward position. However, even there, they have two of the world's best (Villa and Torres), and only Argentina is stronger at the position.
